My dear brothers and sisters When we recite the Quran, we find, Allah mentions in numerous places that we  should be conscious of Him, fear Him, be in Awe of Him and He will find a way out for us, He will forgive our sins and shortcomings, He will straighten for us our affairs so that we can attain the greatest success for example where He says;

Imam ibn ul Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him ) said : It is not possible for the lover of the dunya to free himself from three things : - Permanent worry - Continuous tiredness - Regret that does not cease.

Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, رحمه الله: “For the people of sins there are three great rivers with which they purify themselves in this world and if these do not suffice in purifying them, then they are purified in the river of Hell-fire on the Day of Judgment:

Strive to make the most of each minute If you forget it, you forget the most important thing, the truth. There follows a list of things that can be done in one minute, by the permission of Allaah: 1.  In one minute you can recite Soorat al-Faatihah 3 times, reciting rapidly and silently. Some scholars said that the reward for reading al-Faatihah is more than 600 hasanahs, so if you read it 3 times you will, by the permission of Allaah, gain more than 1800 hasanahs – all of that in one minute.

Taqwaa is one of the greatest goals and most important reasons behind fasting. Allah says: "O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, in order that you may attain Taqwaa." [Surah Al-Baqarah: 183]
